Well, I have to make a confession. I am awful at reading details. I was just finishing up making the cookies and chopping up the green pepper, when I saw that the chicken still needed to thaw a bit. So, I decided that I would make up the stuffing to go on top of the Farmhouse chicken recipe. I went back to look at the recipe and saw that it called for 12 oz. of stuffing. I only have a 6 oz box. Oops!
