Whew, we've almost made it through the Eat from the Pantry Challenge, and honestly, my cupboards are still really full. Here's the plan for the week, so far:
Main Meals:
Monday: Mexican Chicken Wraps (basically use taco seasoning on chicken, throw in a tortilla with lettuce, cheese and sour cream, yum!)
Tuesday: Chicken, Broccoli, and Rice Freezer Casserole (hoping it is not freezer burnt, since I didn't wrap it that great)
Wednesday: Meal at Church
Thursday: Marinated chicken breast, with sauteed green peppers and mushrooms (they are on a great sale at Aldi!)
Sides: Lots of fresh produce: clementines, apples, fresh pineapple, carrots, peas
